So I'm supposed to keep the entire law voluntarily and out of love because it is a privilige to do so ?

Keep the ENTIRE law? Come on Colonel, why do you want to muddy the water with a false interjection like that?
It is a privilege bought and paid for by Jesus that we can live a life that is pleasing to our Father from the heart and that includes giving and tithes..Jesus stated, "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.
The real question is what grounds you have for singling out the tithe from among the other commandments in the ceremonial law for your treatment of it.
The Pharisee was required to keep the moral law, the entire ceremonial law - including the tithes and including to tithe of his garden spices, and in addition to apply justice, mercy and faithfulness. All this in order to keep the law.

The chapter IS about hypocrisy...but as I noted earlier, Jesus also addresses prayer...the passage is not about keeping the law or not keeping the law at all.
The entire chapter is about WHY we do what we do, not WHAT we do...He told the disciples to do what they say and not what they do...

The chapter is specifically addressed to the Pharisees and relates their walk with God according to the revelation they had which involved the law and the faith of Abraham though he doesn't talk about faith in that passage.
Just because Jesus in the preceding verses talks about swearing and what that implied and should have implied to the Pharisees, does not imply that we are to do as Jesus told the Pharisees. It was specific to their religious practices and their hypocrisy in terms of how they went about those practices.
Matthew 23:16 “Woe to you, blind guides, who say, ‘Whoever swears by the temple, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gold of the temple, he is obliged to perform it.’
17 Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that sanctifies the gold?
18 And, ‘Whoever swears by the altar, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gift that is on it, he is obliged to perform it.’
19 Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that sanctifies the gift?
20 Therefore he who swears by the altar, swears by it and by all things on it.
21 He who swears by the temple, swears by it and by Him who dwells in it.
22 And he who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God and by Him who sits on it.
The verse involving the tithe according to the law follows after the above ones :
23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.

I know
I don't see that the context changes the statement at all..
It's obvious Jesus was not berating them for tithing..In fact He says they should have done this; He was berating them for leaving the OTHER undone..
"These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone"
