Aliens, Reptilians, Giants are about to take over
I know this sounds crazy, but I think more and more people are starting to believe this. We have a close family friend we've known most of our lives, grew up in church Etc. Then he got on this kick about home church. We are not supposed to attend 501C3 churches, but rather we should meet in homes.
Then slowly he started following guys like Steve Quale and others (names escape me. Steve has a big conference where thousands gather in Branson snd they believe we are about to have an invasion of aliens and that giants are under the earth (and the Antarctic) and they're about to be unleashed on the earth.
I think they believe there are aliens on other planets that are about to visit us and the whole world is going to go into chaos.
Mind you, this guy is a prosperous business owner, very intelligent etc.
I don't know if this is where house church leads people?
Are they all crazy? Or are they on to something that's been hidden?
I do believe there will be a tribulation or the wrath of God in revelations, but I don't believe God's people are appointed unto wrath. Just my take

But seriously, this is gaining a lot of followers. Thousands are buying into this.
They talk about it on the Jim Bakker show.
It's all fear based, run to the hills, but guns with copper bullets etc.

Also, Mark Taylor the fireman prophet, is a big advocate for leaving regular church and going home church. He tells his listeners not to go to any church that has a 501. Apparently they are in the antichrist system.

Sounds like a weird way to get people to join a church/movement.

Bakker is talking about this stuff? That's how cults are made. But then, this past year shattered our little comfort bubble and now anything weird is believeable. Yup. Anything but Jesus.
