Lutheran Pastor says it's ok to look at porn

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.lif...hically-source

November 5, 2018, (LifeSiteNews) – A prominent progressive pastor has said viewing pornography is just fine, especially if it is "ethically sourced porn."

Reverend Nadia Bolz-Weber of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) heads a congregation composed of many LGBT members and which features a "Minister of Fabulousness," according gay news site outinjersey.net. That website recently released a lengthy interview with the female pastor in which she shared some of her pro-LGBT and pro-pornography opinions.

Consumption of pornography should not be shamed
"I refused to pick the low-hanging 'Moral Outrage Fruit' of Liberals and Conservatives about porn," said the tattooed pastor. "Now, there are issues of justice and exploitation within the porn industry, no question, but it doesn't mean consumption of pornography should be shamed."

A survey revealed 57% of pastors and 64% of youth pastors in the U.S. struggle with porn addiction. And I'm sure there's also a large percentage of church parishioners who also find themselves bound to pornography. The majority of the pastors surveyed said it has adversely affected their ministry, and they live in constant fear of being discovered by family, fellow pastors and their congregants.

Lets face it folks, Satan knows what sin can do to your soul. The devil is a convincing and enticing liar. He also only has your worst in mind as he attempts to lure you away from God and into sin. When the liar comes tempting with sin, if he can get you to open the door to pornography, he will lead you into sexual immorality. And he will always portray it as something far from reality. Satan will never give you the full picture including the guilt, shame, emotional pain and separation from God that comes afterwards. If it were possible, just ask the pastors in the survey. I'm sure they would say, "If I could only turn back the hands of time, I would not have yielded to the devil." Regardless of what the lying false pastor advises in the OP, I'm sure members of this forum recognize it for what it is, a deception and a lie. In my book, the Lutheran pastor is deceived herself and is a pawn of the devil to lure others into sin.

Think what would happen if marijuana candy was literally everywhere, was limitless in supply and was completely free. That the police and people's employers wouldn't mind as long as people ate the candy in private and it wasn't for instance the "pedophilia" brand. Porn is very much the light recreational drug of the 21st century. People turn into something but it isn't quite what the authorities or medical professionals object to. At least as long as their addiction is within the "normal" range.

They have already put their seal of approval on sexual perversion, this is just one more strain of it. God designed sex to be between a man and his wife. Anything else is a perversion of His gift to us. Not only is she perverted, she is leading others who are lost and perverted into hell. The bible says that the sexually immoral will not inherit the kingdom. Sad!
