Good for them.
Now, present them with the gospel.

The question is if "it will hurt their feelings" implies that one should not present them with the gospel (which includes repentance from sin). The Jews of the gospels and the book of Acts often got furious and Jews often still do. They thought of themselves as good enough for God, not sinners as Jesus proclaimed. They were sons of Abraham, followers of the law etc. It was typically easier for the Gentile peoples to stomach that God found fault with them. Some Pharisees couldn't take that anyone found fault with them in any way at all.

Why don't they have banners saying God apologises for destroying Sodom and Gomorrah

Probably because they don't really believe that that happened and don't expect anyone else to do so either. But they believe John 3:16 and "do not judge" and stuff like that.

Actually we should ask God to apologise for destroying the whole world in Noah's day so sinners know God doesn't judge them but loves them
