People justify waging war all the time knowing that an unknown number of women with their unborn babies will be killed during those wars. Be consistent if you're going to advocate the absolute non-legitimacy of killing an unborn child under any circumstance.

It's a consistent stance I have that declares abortion is murder.

There you go again, ignoring what you are replying to and simply inserting one of your predefined conclusions. This is very typical of what you do.

If it were the will of God that all abortion were to be avoided then commanding the Israelites to kill all women and children during a war would be out of the question. Exemptions from the death penalty would have had to be made in the case of all married women and even unmarried women who had been caught in adultery with a married man since they could possibly be pregnant. And in particular there would have to be exemptions from the death penalty for every known pregnant woman. As far as I know there is no such thing either in the old or the new testament.

You haven't a clue about what is typical of me. Keep your ad hominems to yourself.

You cannot see the holes in that argument? The baby did not ask to be conceived...and has done nothing to ATTACK anyone...to take it's life for my own is to choose which one has more value...

It's not an ad hominem attack. It's an observation about what and how you post, that's all.

By definition...it is...the baby is innocent..has done nothing wrong...has earned no justice...has committed no sin...has exercised no will...
By killing it someone decided it was a valueless human being....not they pretend it's not a human being but it is..

You would be making a choice either to keep your own life or the life of the baby, either way. It would be your choice, that's the point.

Everything is a personal choice Colonel...that does not at all alter the reality of that choice..as a believer I do not believe God ahs given ME the right to judge another's life less valuable than my own..especially an innocent child..

I would hope if I were in that situation that I would give myself to prayer and seeking His face and surround myself with prayer warriors..because I would know in my heart of hearts taking that life for my own is not an option but seeking HIS face on behalf of both lives would be...with every temptation God has made the way of escape..
