Let me guess, she is employing the theory that a belief in a god, something supernatural, afterlife or a deeper meaning with life is beneficial for the human psyche. And not much more than that.
Why even bother to get "well on your way" when one simple step, salvation through Jesus Christ, takes us all the way??
