Secondly, I note the point of "almost a "MUST" to have a college degree" alluding to the stats of College-educated people generally having more employment opportunities and higher-paying ones https://www.bls.gov/emp/ep_chart_001.htm/.

Any young person needs to know this before casually deciding to skip-higher education for immature reasons like "just wanting to have fun", laziness, etc. It CAN turn out ok, but college should be something you turn down for the right reasons, not reasons you will regret later in life.
I agree in advising pursuing education is a good thing...but there are many in the minimum wage bracket who did not pursue higher education for a legitimate reason such as in my case essentially homeless....no computer or android phone (ie lack of information). There are many who really don't have the resources or support system to pursue a higher education....my point was that these need to know they are not limited by these factors when their faith is in the LORD because He opens doors they cannot even imagine, much less see...

I have a grandchild who hates school and we tell him all the time that he must continue in his education as long as there is an opportunity to do so....and while doing so to understand his future is planned by God and He must follow HIS voice first and foremost..if that is into 'higher education' great..if not, 'great'.

We have not told him, them, that higher education is a necessity but that hearing and following Holy Spirit IS....

Agreed, hearing the voice of God for our life direction is paramount. And his favor creates all kinds of uncommon and unexpected opportunities, PTL.

In addition, I want to make it clear that having a higher education is not necessarily for everyone. A plumbers son may choose to take over that trade someday, being trained in a way not demanding a college degree, but more of an apprentice/journeyman/master model of knowledge.
