Trumpeter and Cult Recruiting - Discern my Friends

    Yo Timothy!

Trumpeter and Cult Recruiting - Discern my Friends-1323658793-picsay-1-png

"In the group I was involved with called the "Trumpet call of God", we had an entire study conducted during Sabbath which was focused entirely on "Being Separate"; it was an intense 4 hour lecture on how we need to be separate from all things worldly, including our own family members who did not believe in the letters produced by the leader/prophet. We were to separate from the church (meaning the mainstream churches) and from all "unbelievers". We were taught by the prophet in letters and study sessions about these same things over and over and were warned about "worldly" reading material, anything other than the prophet's letters and the Bible (which was severely undermined anyway) and even watching the news or weather network. I asked the prophet at one point, if this meant I had to stay away from my entire family for good and he told me that he believes that God wants us to be completely separate from our families who did not believe in Jesus and the letters. We were told to "silence the scoffers" by separating or blocking them out so they would not hurt themselves by mocking God and the prophet any more than they had already."

I wasn't following the Trumpeter stuff at all, but Tom got my attention when he raised an objection with one of Trumpeters posts.

    Hat tip to Tom!

This is more fulfillment of Scripture about the last days. Buckle your seatbelts, folks, and be discerning, lest you too be ripped off by the enemy.

I'm surprised he has a following as the 'prophecies' were so rambling and cloud cuckoo land I just switched off. I thought he's probably some lonely guy stuck in his house trying to get people to listen to him.

Trumpeter if your reading .....you need to repent and renounce your so called 'words' from God and stop deceiving others and release them from your control

Apparently, cult members are tasked with "trumpeting".

“[I would] spend many hours a day recruiting (or so the group calls it ‘trumpeting’) both in person and on many internet venues such as facebook and youtube. I myself used to spend at least 2.5 to 3 hours studying and approximately 2 hours every day ‘trumpeting'”

He said in the other thread that he isn't Timothy nor is he Trent (from the same photo). If every member is out "trumpeting" for 2 hours a day then that makes it very likely.
