    They pop up here and there but are usually taken down. I believe that some will eventually stay up but they will be sanitized versions, similar to what we are seeing now, the "special people" will disappear from the rolls.

    Or, names could be inserted. If somebody wanted to disparage an opponent, what better way to do it than getting his name on the list?

    exactly... scrubbed, modified. I'm pretty sure there are some bad data dumps out there now.
