    I could try that, it would require more workouts but most of all, a gruelling dieting regime to remove 10 pounds more flab than I have any interest of removing. Not worth it.

    Sorry to disappoint you. I will try to work my way to 9 mph on the treadmill though, excess fat and everything.

    Huh ? I was doing 8.3 mph this week and the weightlifting is as usual. What is it that you dont understand ?
