Is it still possible to "Write in" a candidate not listed on the voting forms?

However, I strongly agree with the writer of the article. Particularly this...
"When Christians face two clearly immoral options, we cannot rationalize a vote for immorality or injustice just because we deem the alternative to be worse. The Bible tells us we will be held accountable not only for the evil deeds we do but also when we “give approval to those who practice them” (Rom. 1:32).
This side of the New Jerusalem, we will never have a perfect candidate. But we cannot vote for evil, even if it’s our only option."
I am a liitle confused about what this person is saying ..
On one hand he he admits that people aren't perfect on the other hand he says voting someone who is evil strengthens evil hand but doesnt the notion of imperfection in and of itself imply evil to one degree or the other ..?
The bible does indicate that there are degrees of evil. Throughout the bible for instance you see God judguing nations and evaluating Jewish Kings by the degree of evil or good they permitted or encouraged so sometimes the lesser of evils is the wise choice to make after all we are told be wise as serpents.
The bible is a very practical book. Sometimes we over-spiritualize things. Ultimately I believe the motives of our heart and the basis for our votes is what matters

Right BAP, the bottom line is that you VOTE for the candidate that best matches your values.
So many Christians did not vote for Romney because he was a Mormon even tho his values matched most of ours, can you imagine how different and stronger our country would have been if he was elected instead of Obama? How many more babies would be alive right now instead of aborted if Christians would have voted? Not voting has consequences people!
Take a minute and really listen to this:

I don't believe we "have to vote for a Christian" ... but there's only one man in the race who I believe has values and policies that line up with consistent personal belief ... and that, my friends, is Bernie Sanders. He is the real deal. Woefully and tragically wrong and misguided and a disaster on two legs, but I believe a man of consistent character.
Is there any sadder indictment of our nation in this election process than that?

Bernie Sanders comes across as a standard European socialist. His policies are milder but that is most probably where he is coming from. His honesty could be an omen about the future, that that is where voters are heading. Not his stated policies but where he is coming from.

I've been struggling with this.. and I've come to (at this time anyway) a decision.
I cannot, if possible, allow the dems to make the next 2 supreme court justices.
I will vote for whoever the opposing candidate is, whether he is my first choice or not.

But the only candidate's values that match mine may not get nominated? What then? Hilary nor Donald's values don't match mine. That is why I must rely on the Holy Spirit because unless He guides me on this, I will not vote for Trump. Period.
I voted both for John McCain in 2008 (I heard the Holy Spirit loud & clear for that election), & Mitt Romney in 2012, (I didn't hear HS then, but had the witness in my heart).
So for conscience sake, I must vote my righteousness, regardless to other's opinions. IJS

Exactly! If I vote my conscience (from a pure heart motive), even though my candidate don't win, as what happened in the last two Presidential elections, I don't believe God would say to me, 'you should've voted for the lesser of two evils.'. JS

There is no place to write one in on the Okla. ballot, however I suppose you could write it on there if you wanted to. It wouldn't be counted on any computerized machine though.
