I caved and had a test in the hospital in October but it was processed right there in that lab. I regret having it, but what's done is done. If it's processed in the hospital lab, it it still sent away for genetic testing? Now I'd like to be able to ask someone.
genetic testing is rather expensive, that is why I do not think it is done, at least not generally
On the other hand, I have heard that many people are sending swabs to check their origin.
What surprises me is how much information people give on social medias.
