The kid was there to give aid and was in a hostile environment and was armed. He acted in self-defense, clearly and it was some awesome shots, jus saying.

Now some of the comments about how the judge can over rule on the jury decision? That I don't get, then why have a jury? The jury being out this long, is good for Kyle. I think, but it is looking more like a hung jury. Which means the State can refile for a crime committed.

Kyle should sue Sleepy Joe, if that's even possible theses days. Cause we are in the days of lawlessness for sure.
That would be amazing to see Kyle step up and knock a media lawsuit out of the park, similar to the Sandmann lad.

The defense is looking for a "mistrial with prejudice" which means the state doesn't get a do-over. They are entitled to that if the prosecutions conduct was egregious, intentionally fishing for a mistrial in order to get that do-over. The judge didn't see the point of doing that unless there is a guilty verdict, he reserved his ruling on those defense motions which means he can rule on them later.

The leftist prosecutor is going by the leftist play book.

Rittenhouse judge kicks out MSNBC for allegedly following jury bus

The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial has kicked out MSNBC from the remainder of the trial after an employee was stopped Wednesday night after allegedly following the jury bus.

Judge Bruce Schroeder called the matter deeply disturbing and serious during a brief statement from the bench Thursday.

"I have instructed that no one from MSNBC News will be permitted in this building," Schroeder said. "This is a very serious matter and I don't know what the ultimate truth of it is but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone was following a jury bus... that is an extremely serious matter and will be referred to the proper authorities."

The man spotted trailing the bus identified himself as James J. Morrison and told authorities he was following instructions from his boss.

Sandmann has been making statements saying he is going to be there for Kyle and encouraging him to go after the media.

Which ever way this goes, it looks like it is going to further divide an already broken nation. Especially along racial lines.

Again, as I've said before, maybe it's time for National divorce.

The whole thing is a tragedy. So, he's not guilty. Fine. But I don't think any 17 year old should be out on the streets during a protest carrying an apparently illegally supplied AR-15. Two people are dead because he didn't stay home as he should have. I find no joy in this, no matter how the jury would have decided.

I do find joy. He was acting in self defense and our legal system is working.
